The healthcare provider records available through MedDataUSA are sourced from publicly available federal databases maintained by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), including NPPES, PECOS, and the OIG Exclusion List. This data does not include patient information and is not subject to HIPAA restrictions on our end as a data distributor.
5. Data Sharing
We share your information only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate the platform:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Redis Cloud — caching and performance
- DigitalOcean — cloud hosting and infrastructure
- Zoho — email communications
Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your name and email address so we can reach out about future offers or service updates. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
