1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MedDataUSA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
MedDataUSA provides a web-based platform for searching, filtering, and exporting U.S. healthcare provider data sourced from publicly available federal databases including CMS NPPES, Medicare PECOS, and the OIG Exclusion List. The Service is intended for business use by pharma sales representatives, healthcare staffing firms, compliance teams, and similar professionals.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information when registering
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately at admin@meddatausa.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
MedDataUSA offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free: Limited access at no cost, no credit card required
- Pro ($99/month): Unlimited search results, CSV export, and AI market summaries
- Enterprise ($500/month): Everything in Pro plus REST API access and bulk download
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Use the data to spam, harass, or contact providers in violation of applicable laws including CAN-SPAM and TCPA
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the data to third parties without written permission
- Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data in bulk beyond what your subscription permits
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
6. Data Usage and Restrictions
The healthcare provider data available through MedDataUSA is sourced from public federal databases. This data is provided for informational and business purposes only. You acknowledge that:
- Provider information may change and MedDataUSA does not guarantee real-time accuracy
- You are responsible for verifying provider credentials through appropriate channels before making business decisions
- The data must not be used for any purpose that violates applicable federal or state laws
7. API Access
Enterprise subscribers receive access to the MedDataUSA REST API. API access is subject to rate limits of 2,000 calls per minute. You may not share your API key with third parties. We reserve the right to suspend API access for abuse or excessive usage.
8. Intellectual Property
The MedDataUSA platform, including its design, code, and features, is owned by M&M Products LLC. The underlying provider data is sourced from public federal databases. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. M&M Products LLC does not warrant that:
- The data is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The Service is suitable for any particular purpose
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M&M Products LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at admin@meddatausa.com.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
